All bunny buddy emails have been sent. If you sent in your contact information and received a confirmation from me, by now you should have received a bunny buddy assignment email. If you haven't gotten your buddy email yet, please email rabbits@polkadotmittens.com and complain loudly. I will then launch Operation Oh Damn-I-Knew-I Shouldn't-Have-Used-Excel-To-Make-Up-Those-Lists.
So far, though, it seems to be going okay. No hare-raising calamities yet.
I'll put up an Operation Haremail update page here where you can post a link to your blog if you have one and you would like to share your buns with the world*. I would really like to see what sorts of things y'all are sending each other since I'm not playing myself.
I thought abut doing it, especially after some of you told me what you were planning to send out. There are some super creative Haremailers out there. But I will be going away for a couple of months right before the mailing deadline and I could just see me running around at the last second throwing whatever I could find around the house into a mailing envelope. And it just about broke my heart to imagine some poor schlub in Peoria wondering why in the hell he had gotten a can of tuna fish and some vacuum cleaner bags in the mail.
* Anyone caught "mooning" will not be looked upon fondly by the management. Unless you have a particularly nice moon, in which case the management will look upon you both fondly and often.
